Over the years – and specifically the last 10 – I have covered all aspects of National Account Management, from handholding small independents accounts at sign up to nailing down the big box retailer promotions.
Key activities and responsibilities include: Mapping out the sales account strategies, agreeing trade promotion calendars, negotiating promotion budgets, packaging & POS development and liaising with trade Marketing and PR on product launches.
Key stakeholder in the development & launch of a new dispenser which limits cross contamination for people to access free period products in a Covid-safe way.
Developed Vendor Central and Seller Central listings to accelerate existing business which grew sales by 200%. This was done through the combination of optimised listings, promotion management and range rationalisations – the ability to speak the ‘Amazonian’ language is a real advantage.
